Acerbis started out in Bergamo in Italy back in 1973, manufacturing sports clothing and equipment. Among the many strings to their bow is their line of motorcycle clothing and parts, a lot of which is based around safety and performance. Acerbis motorcycle equipment ranges from boots and body armour to handguards, headlight units, disc covers and lights with a real focus on motocross. A lot of MX parts and accessories are after-thoughts for some manufacturers, choosing to adapt their track and road range for the off-road market, but Acerbis genuinely specialise in MX parts and accessories enabling them to develop a wealth of expertise so they can pass that down to their riders and customers.
