Cosworth Multi Layer High Performance Head Gasket
Cosworth High Performance Head Gaskets are engineering to seal in power under the most demanding of fast road and competition scenarios.
Manufactured from Stainless steel with a folded stopper layer which provides an upgrade of sealing properties of standard conventional steel head gaskets. The gasket range is fabricated from 5 individual layers of 'sprung' stainless steel which ensures superior consistency over the whole of the gasket in comparison to laser cut alternatives and includes a 0.25 micron layer of nitrile rubber which also marries the features to ensure an optimum seal under demanding conditions. The Cosworth head gaskets also feature a higher resistance to extreme temperatures in excess of 1400 degress Celcius ensuring long term reliability and are available for a range of popular competition and fast road applications.
