NRS technology is based on a matrix of hooks raised on the backing plate that mold into the friction material, creating an indestructible mechanical bond without any use of adhesives. The main advantages of NRS technology compared to traditional methods are; no separation between back plate and friction material, no lifting edges of the friction material giving a firm lever feel and no vibration between the friction material and back plate.
