FEV F-TEC 3.5 Litre Mechanical Fire Extinguisher Rally Package - Steel Bottle

This plumbed in and hand held fire extinguisher rally package from FEV comprises of a mechanically operated plumbed in system which has a 3.5 litre capacity and discharges through 6 nozzles (4 engine bay and 2 cockpit). The extinguisher uses F-TEC, a foam based extinguishant which provides rapid fire out times and high resistance to re-ignition. The package also includes a 2.4 litre F-TEC foam hand held extinguisher with mounting bracket and straps.

The F-TEC extinguishant used in both extinguishers has proven to be effective on class B hydrocarbon flammable liquids such as petrol, diesel, oil, kerosene and LNG, and is freeze protected to -15°C. The nozzles have been developed to produce a finer mist which results in a much larger surface area coverage.

The FEV F-TEC 3.5 litre mechanical fire extinguisher rally package includes: Steel bottle pre-filled with F-TEC extinguishant, bracket and T-bolt straps, 2 x cockpit nozzles, 4 x engine bay nozzles, 10mm and 8mm tubing, connectors, tube clips, 6ft pull cable, 12ft pull cable, 2 x 'E' stickers. 2.4 litre hand held extinguisher pre-filled with F-TEC extinguishant, mounting bracket, quick release retaining straps.
