The robust construction and hexagonal socket profile utilise the flats of the wheel nut/bolt and offer the highest transfer of force with the least amount of strain on its edges when compared to other common double hexagon designs. The cross-bore and ring allow for the securing of your socket via a locking pin and locking ring specially designed for use with machine-operated tools.
