AT Power Direct To Head Throttle Body Kit With ECU & Loom - Honda K20/K24 (EP3/DC5)

This direct to head throttle body kit from AT power has been developed for the popular Honda K20 and K24 engines and is engineered with an offset intake and curved runners which allow it to be a direct fit to Honda Civic EP3 and Integra DC5. This eliminates the need for additional engine bay modifications required with other throttle body kits. The kit is supplied with a Motorsport Electronics ECU and plug & play wiring loom. The ECU is pre-loaded with a base map to get the engine up and running.

This direct to head throttle body kit provides a complete bolt on solution for improved power on both standard or tuned engines. The kit utilises 45mm throttle bodies which are suited for a wide range of engine specifications. Shaftless Throttle Technology

All AT Power throttle body kits use patented shaftless throttle butterflies. Traditional throttle butterflies have a central shaft and securing screws which restrict airflow. By removing these restrictions and by knife edging the butterfly AT Power maximise air flow while retaining the accurate throttle control and part throttle response associated with butterfly throttle operation. Shaftless butterflies provide up to 10% increase in airflow and allow smaller throttle bores which results in higher air velocity and improved performance.

Included in the kit: Pre-asembled direct to head 45mm throttle bodies, curved 3D printed extension tubes (runners), billet aluminium ram pipes, rotary throttle position sensor, 4 x 1/8" BHP to 8mm push on fittings for vacuum takeoff, ME360 ECU, Plug & play wiring loom.

Please note: This throttle body kit requires an OEM fuel rail and a set of OEM injectors to complete the set up.
