Wheels & Tyres Salesman

We are seeking an experienced Wheel & Tyre sales advisor to join our busy Wrexham based sales team.

As a Sales Advisor your daily duties will include processing customer's orders over the phone, via emails and dealing with customers face to face over the counter. Advising our customers on products that we offer to help them make the right purchase. You will also be liaising with suppliers and checking stock levels and prices.

Candidates must have the ability to work as a team and enjoy interaction with customers, working using their own initiative. A friendly and engaging personality is essential.

This is an exciting full time role working Monday to Friday including a Saturday 1 in 3.

The salary and bonus is competitive and in line with any relevant experience.

Marketing Coordinator

We're looking for a passionate and driven marketing coordinator to own and drive the day-to-day marketing activities for the Demon Tweeks brand. You'll be working as part of a wider digital marketing team, but you will 'own' and coordinate the marketing efforts for the Demon Tweeks brand.

We're looking for someone with a diverse and broad skill set, who is fundamentally at their core a 'marketer' with a passion for motorsport, car tuning and motorcycles.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Working with the Group Marketing Manager, develop the social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement
  • Working with the Group Marketing Manager, develop the email marketing strategy and set goals to increase customer engagement and CLV.
  • Run the content calendar, brief, create and curate relevant and timely content for the social channels and email, ensuring all content is on brand and in the correct tone of voice
  • Manage the social and email schedule, ensure timely sends/publish of content and campaigns
  • Own the promotions calendar and ensure all web banners and promotions are set up and running effectively on site and across marketing channels.
  • Responsible for weekly and monthly channel reporting.
  • Oversee and lead all social media channels for the Demon Tweeks brand
  • Make sure all social media platforms are an extension to the brand and reflect the culture and values of the business
  • Ensure content is of high quality, current and in keeping with Company brand identity, along with key KPIs for driving traffic and increasing sales
  • Experience Requirements:
  • Social Media marketing experience
  • Email Marketing experience (DotDigital beneficial)
  • Organised and meticulous
  • Google Analytics experience

Product Maintenance Data Assistant Team Member

Due to continued growth in the business and exciting future plans we are looking for a member of staff to join our Product Maintenance Department, where the duties will include;

  • Maintenance of our database of products
    The team are responsible for maintaining products within a database using information from suppliers, prices and availability for our sales teams and e-commerce platforms to use
  • Population of our systems with new products
    We also create new products on the database for the merchandising team to put in front of customers via all of the sales channels available to us
  • Fast paced and dynamic atmosphere

Purchasing Executive

We currently require a new team player to join our existing Replenishment Team.

  • Duties will include:
  • Placing orders on a daily basis
  • Progressing orders and updating the system
  • Liaising both internally and externally with suppliers and customers
  • Arranging parcel and pallet collections
  • Elements of stock management
  • Liaising with the warehouse to manage incoming large deliveries

Tyre and Exhaust Technician

We are looking for an experienced Tyre and Exhaust technician to join the team at our busy Wrexham workshop.

  • The ideal candidate should possess:
  • At least 2 years recent experience in the fast fit or auto care environment to include
  • Tyre Fitting on cars and 4x4's
  • 4 Wheel Alignments (further training will be given)
  • The fitment of brake components
  • The fitments of suspension and steering components
  • MIG welding experience would be an advantage
  • An excellent eye for details with good written and verbal communication skills
  • A can do attitude and the willingness to further your skills through in house training
  • A full UK driving licence is essential
