The Merlin Edale II Cotec Motorcycle Jacket is constructed using 8oz of Cotec from Halley Stevensons, which is half the weight yet twice the strength of traditional waxed cotton. Other improvements to the Edale II include fit, closures, armour positioning, waterproof pockets and much more!

The jacket comes with D3O armour on the shoulders, elbows and back. D3O is the thinnest and most flexible impact protection on the market. The armour is designed to harden under sudden impact yet remain flexible when under light loads. It is used by professional racers in MotoGP and off-road riding, so you know it is good!

Features NightGloss reflective turn up on collar, ventilation point front and rear and side entry hand warmer pockets with magnetic closure. There is also a short jacket-to-jean connecting zip, along with a euro hoop jacket-to-jean connecting strap so you can ensure your entire torso is covered and protected by this jacket! There is a drawcord waist adjustment band so you can get the best custom fit.
