Motorsport UK 'Go Rallying' Starter Licence Pack (BARS)
Compiled by the governing body for UK Motorsport this mandatory pack contains instructions for the procedure of obtaining a National B rally licence together with a novice application form which includes the cost of the first licence, a Motorsport UK keyring, plus a pamphlet of QR codes which contains links to the Motorsport UK Yearbook and a video on Racing plus a booklet outlining steps towards your competition licence.

After obtaining your licence pack, novice drivers are obliged to undergo a half day driver training course at an approved (BARS) driving school. Once the test has been passed your application form is stamped by the BARS examiner which means you can then apply to Motorsport UK for your stage rally licence.
