The new Sparco Custom Easy Project puts you in the driving seat when looking to design your own custom race suit.

Starting with a standard race suit you can change the design, colours, sizing and add your own logos! It has never been so easy to create your own personalised race suit.

Step 1 – Choose Your Suit

The first thing that you need to do is to choose your model of race suit. All the Custom Easy suits use an existing suit model from the Sparco range as a starting point. There is a suit available for all budgets and requirements.

Step 2 – Choose Your Design

Each of the suits that are available within the Custom Easy Project are available with a selection of different designs to choose from. Whether you are looking for a basic design with classic lines, or a modern looking suit to make you stand out from the crowd, with ten different designs per suit, there is a sure to be a design for you. Certain designs will also allow you to select if you want pockets and a belt adding to the suit.

Step 3 – Choose Your Colours

Once you have chosen your favoured design, it is time to get colouring! Each design can be customised with your choice of colours. Simply click on the area of the suit that you would like to change the colour of and you will be presented with all of the available colours. As you click on each colour, the design will change in the preview on the left of the screen. Everything from the main suit material through to stretch panels and cuffs can have their colours changed to suit you. With numerous combinations possible, you can find the right combination for you.

Step 4 – Add the driver name, nationality and blood type

With the design and colours all sorted, the personalisation doesn’t end there. You can now choose to add your country flag, blood type and driver name to the suit. These items will be added either on the belt, if the suit has one, or in the waist area of the suit. You can even change the colour of the text to help them stand out on the colour of the suit.

Step 5 – Choose Your Size

With the basic design of the suit all sorted, it is now time to get the sizing right. There are three options available to you. The first option is to choose a standard, off-the-peg, size. If you find that a regular size works well for you then you can select this option. The second option is to adjust one of these standard sizes for a better fit. For example, if you feel that a size 52 fits well but you could use an extra couple of centimetres in the arms, you can make this length a little longer. The third option is to have a fully custom sized suit. Simply input your sizes into the individual boxes to have a suit that will perfectly fit your dimensions.

Step 6 – Add Your Logos

For that finishing touch, you can even add your own logos to the suit to get that professional look. Adding logos uses a credit system. By adding a logo, and changing the size, it will use up a set number of credits. The larger the logo, the more credits will be used. Included in the price of the suit are 20 credits that can be used in any way that you wish. You could add lots of small logos, a couple of larger logos or none at all if they are not required. Logos can be added to most parts of the suit including the front, back, arms and legs. There is also the option to choose whether you want the logos to be printed or embroidered onto the suit. Printed logos offer a weight saving, while embroidered logos tend to be more durable.

Step 7 – Review and submit your design

Once you have completed all the previous steps, you can then review your design and suit preferences. Here you can see a preview of the suit from all angles and ensure that you are happy with the details. If everything is as required, you can then enter your details on the right of the page and click the “Send order request” button to send the order through to us here at Demon Tweeks. A member of our team will then be in contact with you to finalise the details and ensure that you are happy with it before placing the order with Sparco. Then all that is left to do is sit back and relax while Sparco manufacture your very own customised race suit!
