Castrol TQF Automatic Transmission Fluid has been specially formulated to meet the requirements of older Borg Warner transmissions, and the now obsolete Ford automatic transmission fluid (ATF) specification ESW-M2C-33G / -33F - as required for many older transmissions used in classic vehicles. Formulated from high quality mineral oils and incorporating additives to protect against wear, corrosion and oxidation.
- High thermal stability which protects against deposits and oil thickening, in turn providing a longer life
- Can be used as a general hydraulic fluid or power steering fluid where the manufacturer specifies the use of an ATF
- Suitable for use in motorcycle primary chaincases and front fork applications where Castrolite (SAE20) has been recommended
- The fluid is dyed red to distinguish it from other oils in case of a leak
