The Cool-It Heat Resistant Mat is highly reflective and can reflect up to 2000° F (1093° C). It can be used to battle excessive heat and noise that can penetrate the driver compartment through the firewalls and floor. It is also perfect in doors, under bonnets, and above transmission tunnels etc. It is constructed of a resin bonded silica blanketing insulation, sandwiched between heat reflective foil surfaces giving the ultimate in heat protection.
- It is easy to trim and install with the push-in fasteners provided or any adhesive or tape
- Not only does it reflect heat, it also helps reduce excessive noise coming through to the cockpit
- Capable of deflecting heat up to 2000°F (1093°C)
