Ring UV Dyes

Ring Automotive UV Dyes find leaks quickly and easily. There are a choice of dyes that cover the oil and fuel systems, coolant systems, air conditioning systems and surface water leaks. They are safe to leave in any system, so flushing and refilling the relevant systems after leak detection is not necessary unless required to repair the leak.

Accessories include an inline dye injector for use with the Air Conditioning System Dye, and a cleaner/degreaser to clean up excess dye.

UV light required to show dye leaks.

Automotive Oils & Fuels
Detects leaks in hydraulic, engine oil and petrol/diesel fluids
Suitable for all oil types (mineral, semi synthetic, synthetic)
25ml treats 8-10 litres of petrol engine oil, 3-5 litres of diesel engine oil, 10 litres of hydraulic fluid or 15 litres of petrol/diesel fuel
1 x 25ml bottle sold each

Coolant System
Add to coolant system to detect leaks in water pipes and radiators
25ml treats 10 litres of OAT (pink) or IAT (yellow)
1 x 25ml bottle sold each

Surface Water Leaks
Spray directly onto bodywork and window seals using a spray bottle (not included) to detect any surface leaks
25ml dilutes with 10 litres of water
1 x 25ml bottle sold each

Refrigerant Systems
Using the dye injector (not included), inject into A/C system to detect any refrigerant leaks from the system
Use 5ml for 250ml of refrigerant
1 x 5ml bottle sold each
