A Cobra Sport Turbo-Back Exhaust System is a replacement for your stock exhaust system running from the Turbocharger back. By replacing the majority of your OE exhaust system you will enjoy greater power gains and better sound than a cat-back system would provide. This Turbo-Back exhaust system replaces the majority of your car's exhaust to improve sound and performance. Cobra Sport's Turbo-Back systems often include options to replace or remove your factory Catalytic Convertor or GPF(Gasolene Particulate Filter). Replacing the cat with a high-flow sports cat will replace more restrictive OE emissions control components with a freer-flowing upgrade, improving power output. De-cat systems that remove the cat and/or the OE GPF entirely, will typically provide greater power gains.

Generally speaking, replacing your stock cat will also require a remap, as the ECU will be getting different readings from the Lambda sensors in the exhaust which will probably read as an error.

Replacing stock pipework with wider, specially designed Cobra Sport pipework allows better performance from your car's engine. This is achieved by allowing a faster flow of exhaust gasses, enabling the engine to take more air in.

Some exhaust systems will be listed with an option of either 'resonated' or 'non-resonated'. Resonated systems contain silencers to remove certain sound frequencies and will be quieter than non-resonated systems.

All stainless steel Cobra Sport exhaust solid pipe sections are supplied with a lifetime anti-corrosion warranty* on defects only. All relevant fittings and gaskets are supplied with this system except for the turbo gasket.
