Oxford Boss Alarm 16mm Chain Lock

The Oxford Boss Alarm Chain Lock is a strong chain which also includes an alarmed padlock.

Padlock

Chain

• 12mm square link chain made from Ni-Cro-Mo alloy steel

The padlock on the Oxford Boss Alarm Chain Lock has a 16mm shackle with an ear splittingly loud 100dB alarm which can be triggered by movement sensors. The padlock has been attack tested and is resistant to sledgehammers, saws, bolt cropper and drill attacks. The anti-jack shackle design can withstand 4.5 tonnes of tensile load. The alarm module on this padlock is removable and sealed and is also vibration resistant and weather proof against water, front and heat. This particular padlock can be used as both a chain lock and a disc lock. This padlock also comes with the batteries for the alarm which are 6 x LR44.

The chain is 12mm square link and is made from Ni-Cro-Mo alloy steel. It is a case hardened chain which helps to resist bolt cutters and is zinc coated to help prevent corrosion. The protective cloth sleeve that covers the chain helps to prevent any damage to the paintwork on your motorcycle. The long links help to reduce the weight and make the chain easier to carry around.
