The Rix Engineering Spare Wheel Holder features both a lightweight and sturdy construction.
The Spare Wheel Holder attaches into position using a simple 4 bolt fixing which creates a secure positioning point for up to two wheels, as the holder is extendable. The Holder includes a quick release clamp which fits over the wheels and holder, with the lever mechanism holding the clamp in position allowing access to a spare wheel in seconds, even in the dark. The main components in the item are lightweight alloy with a tough and useful plastic clamp both of which reduce added vehicle weight and a corrosion resistant.
