Utilising low friction twin-tube design for consistent handling and engineered alongside the ST Sport Springs to provide the correct amount of preload to really get the best out of lowering springs these shocks have been carefully engineered by ST to provide improved handling whilst still retaining decent ride quality.

Performance shocks are built to be tougher than normal factory shock absorbers, which is very important on lowered applications. Standard factory items will wear out quicker due to the increased demands of damping an uprated spring.
