Tarox Big Brake Kits are complete, ready to fit, big brake kits are suitable for high performance road and trackday use. They offer the highest level of braking for road and trackday cars. Upgrading to a Tarox brake kit will give you amazing braking performance and total confidence in your vehicle.
The Grande Sport Front brake kits from Tarox in most cases feature a single piece disc and are made to Tarox's exacting standards using 8, 10 or 12 piston calipers (vehicle dependant) which allows the kit to be fitted to 18" wheels. Tarox brake kits will increase stopping power, reduce brake fade and have much greater tolerances to heat build up, also by matching multi-piston calipers to the discs, problems such as disc failure, deformation and vibration are all eliminated.
All Tarox brake kits have been specifically designed for each application, disc diameter, width, caliper type and size have been carefully worked out to offer the best possible performance for each vehicle.
In most Tarox Kit you will typically receive 2 Calipers, 2 Brake Discs, Brake Pads, Brake Lines, Brackets and all necessary fixings. Rear kit using OE calipers consists of two brake discs and two adaptor brackets. The majority of Tarox brake kits have TUV approval.
Brake kits are available in a choice of colours, black standard colour with grey and red optional (lead time may be longer). Green, blue and gold are also available but are made to order (increased lead time).
All kits are also available with a choice of discs:
- Tarox D95 - Multi drilled discs for improved cooling
- Tarox F2000 - Grooved discs ideal for increasing friction between pad and disc increasing pad bite.
- Tarox Sport Japan Plus - Multi drilled and multi grooved discs. Superb cooling and increased friction.
