ThreeBond 1184 is a semi-drying liquid gasket which forms a rubber like elastic seal resistant to water, oil and fuel. It has high padding properties which make it ideal for sealing surfaces with poor flatness or larger gaps. Being elastic it offers great resistance to vibration and impact and it retains it elasticity through a wide temperature range (-40 to 150 degrees C). As well as sealing flat surfaces 1184 is also effective at sealing threaded joints.
