Design Engineering Titanium Exhaust Wrap

The Design Engineering Titanium Exhaust Wrap features a pliable construction allowing for easier installation when wrapping. It can withstand higher temperatures than any other wrap found in the market today - up to 900°C direct and 1300°C radiant, which benefits the application as heat is kept in the exhaust system and out of the engine bay area. This therefore reduces under bonnet temperatures releasing the potential of cool air accessing the induction system.

Design Engineering Titanium exhaust wrap is made from pulverised volcanic rock which is then strained, extruded and then integrated into a wrap type material. The wrap contains a material structure which allows it not to shrink, leaving you with piece of mind that once it is installed it will stay in place without escape of heat. It is also extremely resistant to temperature and vibration breakdown providing a product you can trust that lasts. Ideal for use on exhaust manifolds / headers and exhaust systems.
