Forge Induction Kit

These Induction Kits from Forge Motorsport are designed to replace the factory airbox altogether.

Instead of the factory airbox and panel filter you will have a bigger cone filter and redesigned pipework.

It's no secret that a badly designed Induction Kit can actually lose you power, but Forge Motorsport bring the same engineering know-how to this as they do to everything else. In most cases, the filter itself will either be positioned in an optimum location for good airflow from outside the engine bay or else pipework will bring air from there to the filter.

This avoids issues of heat soak, but in most cases, maintains the improvements in sound you get with a more open filter.

Pipework is carefully designed to maintain air velocity and improve torque.

All of this means your engine gets a faster supply of cold air. While most cars nowadays have a fairly competent factory airbox, once you start tuning the rest of the engine up you can find its limits. This kind of kit ensures that the air supply on offer won't be a bottleneck.

This works especially well in combination with software.

While actual gains achieved will always vary with a product of this type, Forge have shown peak power gains with all of these intakes in testing.
