Maxxis National Consumer Promotion:

  1. The "Maxxis Claim up to £60 Cashback" is open to all consumers who are residents of England, Scotland or Wales and aged 17 and over, exceptions are for any employees of Stapleton's (Tyre Services) Ltd or any Maxxis Dealer employees (the "Promoter") and their agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Promotion.
  2. The Promotion is only and exclusively available from the Promoter from the 1st September - 31st October 2024.
  3. Claims must be made online on the official Maxxis claims platform at https://www.maxxispromotions.co.uk/. A valid proof of purchase must include the date of transaction, a clear description of the Maxxis tyres purchased and the Maxxis dealer the tyres were purchased from. Consumers have until 14th November 2024 to upload their claim.
  4. Purchase is necessary. Consumers who purchase two or more Maxxis car, van or 4x4 tyres at full price in one transaction from a participating Maxxis dealer in store or online are eligible to enter the promotion.
  5. Claimants will receive either:
    • £15 cashback on 2 or £30 cashback on a set of 4 16" and 17" Maxxis tyres.
    • £20 cashback on 2 or £40 cashback on a set of 4 18" Maxxis tyres.
    • £30 cashback on 2 or £60 cashback on a set of 4 19" & above Maxxis tyres.
  6. Only tyres purchased between 1st September and 31st October 2024 will apply. Only one claim per vehicle and per consumer is permitted, up to 4 tyres.
  7. Cashback will be sent to the claimants address in the form of a pre-paid Mastercard within 28 days of submission of the claim.
  8. All entries become the property of the Promoter and the Promoter may use the Winner's name and their comments relating to the Prize for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and/or without any fee being paid.
  9. The Promotion excludes company vehicle drivers (fleet), business, organizations and institutions.
  10. The promotion excludes the Black Cab MA-919 product and all claims made for purchases of this tyre pattern will be rejected.
  11. By participating in the Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Promotion and any other requirements set out in the Promotional materials. Entry into the Promotion cannot be in conjunction with any other offer.
  12. No cash or other gift alternative available, in whole or in part, except owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.
  13. The decision of Stapleton's (Tyre Services) Ltd is final in all matters relating to the Promotion.
  14. Stapleton's (Tyre Services) Ltd and the Promoter have the authority to amend or withdraw the Promotion at any time during the Promotional period without prior notice.
  15. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of Stapleton's (Tyre Services) Ltd, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or errors (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of the Promotion or the awarding of reward points, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Stapleton's reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  16. Any personal data relating to participants supplied to the Promoter and Stapleton's will be used solely for the purpose of the promotion and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter's agencies for the purpose of servicing/implementing the promotion.)   17. Qualifying purchases that do not comply with these terms and conditions, or where consumers are found to be abusing the Promotion in any way, will result in the disqualification of claim.
  18. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  19. This Promotion is based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
  20. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the promotion and/or rewards, other than such liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Michelin Winter 2024 Amazon Giftcard:

  1. The ‘Winter 2024 Amazon Giftcard Promotion’ (the ‘Promotion’) is open to all consumers who are residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, except Michelin Tyre PLC’s (the ‘Promoter’) employees, its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion, or trade customers including Demon Tweeks employees. This offer is open to retail customers only for private use (excludes company vehicle drivers).
  2. By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
  3. Completion of the mandatory fields is necessary to carry out eligibility checks and to validate your claim.
  4. There is a purchase requirement. Claimants must purchase two or more MICHELIN car, van or 4x4 tyres in a single transaction for a single vehicle between 1st November and 31st December 2024.
  5. The Promoter will issue Amazon Giftcards in line with the following values: when purchasing four tyres in 18” or above, £50. When purchasing two tyres in 18” or above, £20. When purchasing four tyres in 16” or 17”, £25. When purchasing two tyres in 16” or 17”, £10. Tyres purchased in 15” or below are not eligible for Giftcards under this promotion. Giftcards will be processed within 42 days from receipt of claim.
  6. Closing date and time for receipt of claims is midnight on 31st January 2025. Promotion available at www.demon-tweeks.com. Should you need assistance in making a claim or have a query, please call the helpline number on +44 330 053 2430.
  7. Claims must be made on an official claim form by the tyre purchaser, completed online at offer.michelin.co.uk/demon-tweeks and must be accompanied with an uploaded, clear and legible receipt highlighting the tyres purchased. It is recommended that you keep a copy for your records. An on-screen confirmation is provided upon successful submission of the claim.
  8. Only one claim per vehicle. Entry into this Promotion cannot be in conjunction with any other offer.
  9. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late claims will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate, and where necessary, dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate and amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. In such circumstances, the issue of a Giftcard may be withheld until the Promoter is satisfied that the claim is legitimate. In order to satisfy itself that the claim is legitimate the Promoter shall review the claim information including but not limited to the claimant’s name, email address, physical address, vehicle registration number, IP location, and any other information deemed necessary by the Promoter to ascertain that the Claimant is complying with these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final.

  12. The Giftcards are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative reward of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
  13. These terms are governed by English law. If you are a consumer then, wherever you live, you can bring claims against us in the English courts and if you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. If you are a consumer we can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in. If you are a business, you irrevocably agree to submit all disputes arising out of or in connection with our contract with you to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.   1. Uniroyal Cashback Promotion is open to all retail customers who are UK residents aged 18 and over, Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, retailer, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion and trade customers (fleet and company vehicle drivers) are not eligible to enter this promotion. The promotion will run from 00:00 1st January 2025 to 23:59 15th March 2025. The purchase period will run from 00:00 1st January 2025 and 23:59 28th February 2025.
  2. Maximum one claim per person.
  3. Purchase and internet access required.
  4. How to claim: To claim your cashback reward via a pre-paid Mastercard, purchase at least two participating products from a participating retailer between 1st January 2025 and 28th February 2025 in one transaction, follow the advertised link or visit: www.uniroyal-tyres.com/gb/en/car/o-cash-jan25/ and click through to www.uniroyaltyresrewards.com/ via the “Claim Now” button during the promotional period. Your full name, email, mobile number, home address and car registration number will be required to claim. Claims must be accompanied by a valid invoice number obtained from participating retailers.
  5. Claimants who make a claim on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
  6. Claims (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s claims will be disqualified, and any cashback will be void.
  7. Incomplete, illegible, invalid, or misdirected claims will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for claims delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
  8. Participating products include all Uniroyal car, van or 4x4 tyres purchased directly from participating retailers.
  9. The Reward: Pre-paid debit Mastercard, the value of which is determined by the following:
    • £10 on two or £25 on four participating products 17" rim size and above in a single transaction.
  10. Mastercard: The virtual pre-paid Mastercard can take up to 8 to 12 weeks to receive by email or SMS text message. A physical pre-paid Mastercard can take up to 8 to 12 weeks to deliver, and it is not reusable after all of the redeemed money has been spent. Claimants will have the choice between receiving the pre-paid Mastercard virtually or physically. This choice will be given via an email from [email protected] that will be sent within 14 days after a valid claim and the completion of any verification process.
  11. Mastercard reserve the right to initiate a participant validation check. The participant validation check will require the claimant to provide documentation to prove their identity, such as a passport or driving licence. The recipient may choose to provide the required information at the time they are prompted or may opt to return later to provide the information to Mastercard. However, they will not be able to access the reward until the information has been provided and validation check has been cleared.
  12. Use your card everywhere Mastercard is accepted. Mastercard is a registered trademark and the circles design is a trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated. This card is issued by Transact Payments Limited pursuant to license by Mastercard International. Transact Payments Limited is authorised and regulated by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission.
  13. You will be required to submit your Identity verification details, which will be sent separately to activate your Mastercard.
  14. Claim notification: Claimants will be notified by email, and following initial notification, the claimants will have 120 days to claim their reward. After valid claim and completion of the verification process, the claimants will receive their reward within 8 to 12 weeks. Rewards cannot be returned for another reward. Claimants are encouraged to monitor their connections (email and telephone calls) during this time including junk folders.
  15. No cash or other reward alternative available, in whole or in part, except owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative reward, or part of a reward, of equal or greater value. The rewards are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned.
  16. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the rewards, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and Internal which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase and ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification that clearly states the winner’s date of birth) and to refuse to award a reward or withdraw reward entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  18. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a reward, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  19. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  20. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on reward acceptance. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects reward acceptance or delivery of their reward.

  23. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.
  24. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. When entering the Promotion, you acknowledge that your entry, full name, email, mobile number, home address and car registration number will be required to enter will have been made available to the Promoter and their external partner 360insights (Europe) Ltd. All personal data will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. Your personal data will be held and used by the Promoter under the Promoter’s Data Protection Notice. Data will be stored for three months after the close of the promotion before deletion.
