Design Engineering EXO Series Exhaust Wrap

The EXO series exhaust wrap from Design Engineering is designed for extreme environments where temperatures exceed the limit of a traditional exhaust wrap. The EXO series uses a dual layer design comprising of high temperature glass fibre covered with a 304 grade stainless steel exoskeleton. This unique construction offers a higher heat protection with superior resistance to abrasion and impact. Air gap technology prevents the glass fibre contacting the exhaust surface, creating an insulating air barrier.

• Ideal for extreme temperature applications, up to 1200°F (650°C) direct heat / Up to 2000°F (1093°C) radiant heat
• Suitable for wrapping exhaust manifolds / headers and exhaust systems

Design Engineering EXO series heat insulation wrap is available in 1.5" wide rolls and is easy to install on any type of header (manifold). The stainless steel exoskeleton locks together when overlapped keeping the wrap tight.
