Ferodo 4003 compound brake pads are designed specifically for lighter single seater race cars such as Formula Ford. They are also suitable for lighter two wheel drive clubman or group N rally cars.
- Excellent control to reduce wheel lock in low grip conditions
- Very short bedding in time
- Low drag and excellent release properties
4003 brake pads have an average friction coefficient of 0.46 over a working temperature from 200 to 450 degrees C. They have excellent modulation properties which gives more control over braking to reduce the risk of locking wheels when grip is low.
Ferodo 4003 brake pads are designed for competition / off-road use, and as such are not approved for use on the road.
