Haltech Nexus R5 VCU
The Nexus R5 VCU (Vehicle Control Unit) is a flagship product from Haltech which combines the functionality of a PDM (power distribution module), A dual channel wideband controller, Data logger and state of the art engine management system all in one powerful unit. The Nexus R5 boasts an impressive list of features making it the ideal system for drag or circuit race cars.

The Haltech Nexus R5 VCU is available as a stand alone unit or with different wiring options:
VCU With Plug & Pin Set - Includes a plug to fit the ECU socket and pins to allow for wire connection. Ideal for when a bespoke wiring loom is being produced
VCU With Premium Harness - Includes a 2.5m long wiring harness with an ECU specific plug on one end and un-terminated wiring on the other end. The wires are colour coded and labelled for ease of installation. A comprehensive wiring diagram is included for ease of installation
VCU With LSx Non DBW Terminated Harness: Includes EV1 primary injector plugs, suits LSx engines without DBW (Drive By Wire), incorporates PDM functionality. Provides virtually limitless performance and tuning options for LSx powered vehicle's.
VCU With LSx DBW Terminated Harness: Includes EV6 primary injector plugs, suits LSx engines with DBW (Drive By Wire), incorporates PDM functionality. Provides virtually limitless performance and tuning options for LSx powered vehicle's.
VCU With Universal V8 Terminated Harness: Includes a 2.5m long wiring harness, supports most popular big block and small block engines from GM, Ford and Chrysler. Provides virtually limitless performance and tuning options for V8 powered vehicle's.
