Longacre Black Ignition Switch Panel With Flip Up Cover & Master Switch
Longacre Ignition switch panels are assembled and wired ready for installation, straight from the box! It is fitted with an aircraft style flip up safety switch cover, which in an emergency can shut off the ignition quickly from any angle with just a quick hit, even with driving gloves on. The car cannot be turned on accidentally, and they will never shut off from vibration. It uses a high capacity 12 volt 40 amp ignition switch with a Teflon toggle seal to keep the dirt out. The starter button features a silicon rubber switch cover which will not harden with age. Designed to be used in closed cockpit vehicles. A pilot light indicates when the ignition is switched on.
A 2 terminal rotary battery master (isolator) switch is also featured to ensure complete electrical isolation when switched off (will not kill engines fitted with alternators).
