Amsoil Engine Break In Oil - 30W
Amsoil Break In oil is formulated without friction modifiers to promote piston ring to bore bedding on new or rebuilt engines. Using a break in (running in) oil in a fresh high performance engine is highly important to maximise performance.
This break in oil contains zinc and phosphorus anti wear additives to protect cam lobes, lifters and rockers during the critical first start up period. It has a high film strength to protect main, big end and cam bearings.
Use Amsoil Break In Oil for initial running in of high performance or racing engines to ensure optimum compression resulting in maximum power output. Once the running in period is done (no more than 1000 miles), drain the oil and refill with the correct grade oil as recommended by your engine builder.
