About this Car Seat
Award-winning and innovative, the BeSafe iZi Flex Fix i-Size is the first i-Size compliant high-back booster seat on the market! This super safe seat is compliant with the new UN R129-02 regulation and is equipped with three layers of side impact protection and other neat features to ensure maximum protection for your little one as they travel.
Suitable for children from 100-150cm (approximately 4 to 12 years), the iZi Flex Fix has been developed for real-life situations, going above and beyond the requirements of the strict R129-02 safety laws. It has a comfortable shape for your little one to sit comfortably with a headrest that has been specially shaped to offer your little one an improved view and support when they are sleeping. The seat has an easy height adjustment to grow as your little one does, and a recline position as required. The seat has a slim design so it doesn't take up loads of room in the car, but it's also spacious inside for your little one to have plenty of space. The seat can be installed easily in your vehicle, using a combination of ISOFIX to add extra stability and of course, your vehicle's 3-point belt, which will be perfectly positioned to keep your child safe thanks to lockable shoulder belt guiders at the headrest and a soft, foldable laptop guider that helps with optimal positioning of the lap belt, also increasing comfort.
It's the safety of the Flex Fix that really stands out though. In addition to the dynamic flex performance, the seat comes with side-impact bumpers and SIP+ which absorbs additional force by deforming like a car's crumple zone and reducing side movement. A PAD+ is also included with the seat, which helps soften the belt as it sits on the chest as well as providing additional chin and chest protection. The seat can be easily installed in your vehicle forward facing and weighs just 7kg. The light weight of the seat and the integrated carry handle makes this seat ideal for transferring between cars for those families with more than one vehicle.
