Customer Service Call Centre Manager

We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager with a call centre background.

You will be responsible for leading the Customer Service Team to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction and meet company objectives.

You will have a clear vision of how to deliver customer service and will be process led, used to implementing change with a framework focussed system to drive success.

An active interest in cycling, motorsport, road tuning/modifying motorcycling or nursery would be additionally helpful but not a pre-requisite for the role.

Motorcycle Assistant Brand Manager

  • Permanent, full time

We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager with a Motorcycle Product background to add strength to our existing team and help us to continue to grow our offer.

You will support the Brand Manager in their efforts to ensure the very best range of motorcycle clothing, parts and accessories are sourced, marketed and serviced in the most customer focussed way possible.

You will certainly know one end of a bike from another, and may even be the proud owner of one or more bikes but a knowledge and passion for the products are key to success within this role.

Motor Vehicle Technician/Fitter

  • Permanent, full time
  • Competative salary, dependant on experience

We currently require a highly motivated and experience motor vehicle technician/fitter to complement our existing fitting centre team.

Welding, exhaust fabrication and tyre changing experience would be an added advantage but not essential. We have excellent working conditions in our modern ten ramp work shop.
