Cobb Tuning OE Silicone Turbo Inlet Hose - Black
These Silicone Turbo Inlet Hoses from Cobb are designed to help the air going into the turbo cool whilst resisting the tendancy of some other inlet hoses to "collapse".
Cobb have made these pipes wider and longer than the original pipe to allow for more air to flow into the turbo.
In many cases these inlet hoses are replacing "accordion-style" factory hoses, reducing turbulence in the pipework caused by ridges on the walls of the pipe, allowing for decreased spool time and improved throttle response.
Triple-ply Silicone helps avoid heat-soak and ensures a very strong hose. The walls of the hose are reinforced with steel wire.
