Custom Chrome Racing Exhaust Silencer Wadding
The Custom Chrome Exhaust Silencer Wadding is ideal to top up your existing wadding or, as in most cases to replace the wadding which has expired in your silencer. Constructed into a "mat" of artificial fibres, the primary function is to reduce exhaust noise whilst maintaining your vehicles optimum performance.
The wadding operates by 'packing' the space between the perforated tube and the casing, both the vibration and the echo effect will be drastically reduced creating a knock on of combined reduced engine noise levels.
The benefits continue as not only are noise levels reduced but performance effect is minimal. This allows you to keep the best of both worlds, a quieter but equally responsive application.
The Exhaust Silencer Wadding comes in a choice of roll dimensions, which enables the user to simply work the wadding off one spool and onto the perforated tube within the silencer.
To assist your choice of wadding, the smaller variant should fill a 7.5cm (4 Inch) x 26cm (10 Inch) silencer.
