About this Car Seat
With great safety features, stunning fabrics and superb comfort for your little one, the Cybex Pallas M-Fix SL is a Group 1/2/3 car seat which can be used from 9 months to 12 years- that's impressive longevity.
The Pallas M-Fix SL uses an adjustable impact shield which functions like an inflated airbag in the event of a collision and protects against neck injuries without being restrictive. For children from approximately 3 years and above, the seat can be easily converted into a high-back booster, as well as the ability to be used in a car without ISOFIX points.
The impact shield helps to significantly reduce the force of an impact in a collision, the shield doesn't injure the child, whilst protecting the sensitive head, neck, shoulders and inner organs. The newly designed shield can be adjusted with one hand to offer a better degree of comfort and safety for your child, along with more freedom of movement.
When your child has outgrown the shield at 18kg, the Pallas converts into a booster seat that allows them to be secured via the seatbelt up to 36kg. Featuring the Cybex L.S.P. System Plus, the adjustable shock absorbers allow the seat to absorb energy from a side impact which allows the head to be actively guided into a safe position. With a 12-point height adjustable headrest, you know your child will have a comfortable seating position.
