Forge Engine Oil Cooler for the Audi RS4 4.2
This engine oil cooler kit from Forge is designed with the intent to address the weakness of the OEM cooler.
The cooler fitted by Audi is aluminium but the fittings attached to the neds of the cooler hoses are steel. This results in a corrosion between the two metals. This worsen with aging and ends in a complete failure of the oil coler lines, and in some cases the engine.
An exact replacement for the system is well over £1100 from a dealer and this is excluding consumables and labour charges. Forges solution offers a complete fix, or perfect pre-emptive strike, saving a fortune!
