The Nolan N80-8 N-Com Plain Motorcycle Helmet, with its rich technical characteristics and generous standard equipment is the ideal helmet for any occasion. Whether that be the long urban trips to the most challenging trips, this helmet is ready for anything. This helmet comes with NERS which is Nolan Emergency Release System. This system allows emergency team to remove the cheek pads from the helmet while it is still being worn by the motorcyclist by simply pulling the red tapes which are attached to the front of the pads themselves. This helmet comes as standard with an ultra-wide, scratch resistant visor. The large surface of this visor makes it possible to have a broader view, also lateral, assuring maximum riding comfort and increasing the active safety. An innovative visor mechanism with tilting functionality is also included with this. This allows a greater extension of the area covered by the Pinlock and reduces the risk of accidental opening or closing of the visor. This helmet comes with a VPS (vision protection system) sunscreen which is made from LEXAN, it is scratch resistant and fog resistant treated and offers UV protection up to 400 nanometres. This can be easily removed for any maintenance and cleaning and it also fully adjustable.

The N80-8 comes with the Microlock retention system which is a double lever retention system with micrometric adjustment. It consists of a thermoplastic ergonomic opening lever, and of a second aluminium toothed and holding lever. The toothed lever releases the micrometric strip, thus the chin strap can only be open with a very broad rotation of the opening lever. This device minimises the possibility of any unintentional opening.

This helmet comes with the exclusive Airbooster Technology upper system which ensures optimal ventilation where the riders head most requires. The air is extracted from the upper air intake and forced into the most critical areas which avoids any dispersion to guarantee maximum comfort even in the most extreme riding conditions.

The N80-8 comes with Clima Comfort inner padding with eco-friendly fabrics. This is a new design made with eco-friendly fabrics based on the use of 100% regenerated fibres which are sourced from the post-consumer recovery of nylon. The particular shape of these cheek pads and wind protector make the helmet easier to put on with better fitting. The liner on this helmet is combined with the Air Booster technology ventilation system which further aids the movement of air around the upper part of the riders head. The LPS which is Liner positional control allows for the position of the liner to be adjusted, meaning that the helmet can be adapted to varying requirements and head shapes.

This helmet has been set up with eyewear adaptive which has been designed to for the comfort of glasses wearers. This is made by obtaining space in the cheek pads for glasses temples. it is reversible, so the cheek pads can be returned to the initial configuration.

This helmet is set up and approved with installed N-Com communication system (N-Com not included). It is also set up with the innovation ESS (Emergency stop signal).
