Conditions of participation for the Toyo voucher campaign from 01.06.2023 - 30.06.2023

With the purchase of 2x or 4x Toyo tyres according to the following conditions, Toyo Tyres UK Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Toyo Tires") offers non-commercial end consumers (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") the opportunity to request an Amazon voucher up to the value of £30.

Purchase 2 qualifying tyres and get a £15 Amazon Voucher. Purchase 4 qualifying tyres and get a £30 Amazon Voucher.

1. Period
   The Toyo voucher campaign will take place between 01.06.2023 - 30.06.2023 for all participating official Toyo dealers. Requests for the voucher can only be made within this period and a maximum of 14 days thereafter.
2. Assortment restrictions
   All new/unused TOYO TIRES branded models in sizes 16" and above, excluding motorsport tyre Proxes R888R, RS1 and RR1 are eligible for this promotion.
3. Participants and procedure
   Any non-commercial end user who is 18 years of age or older and who buys tyres from any of the participating official Toyo dealers listed below within the UK or Northern Ireland in their own name and not in a commercial manner within the campaign period mentioned.

Customers will be required to produce a sales invoice/proof or purchase to claim. Invoice date counts and should read between 01.06.2023 - 30.06.2023.

The promotion only applies to the TOYO TIRES brand tyre models listed under 2.

At least two new/unused Toyo tyres (see 2.) must be purchased on the same receipt/invoice and in your own name. The billing address must be that of the person requesting the voucher and be situated within the UK or Northern Ireland. The tyres must be purchased within the UK or Northern Ireland. The invoice must be issued in English, the voucher will be sent within the UK and Northern Ireland only.

Each customer may only claim a maximum of once on this promotion.

1. The 'Demon Tweeks Michelin promotion' (the 'Promotion) is open to all consumers who are UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, except Demon Tweeks (the 'Promoter'), their employees, its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion. The offer is open to retail customers only (excludes company vehicle drivers).
2. By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
3. There is a purchase requirement. Claimants must purchase 2 or more Michelin car, van or 4x4 tyres for a single vehicle in a single transaction between 01/04/2023 and 30/04/2023.
4. The purchase of Michelin car, van or 4x4 tyres rim size 18and above will receive £20.00 for 2 tyres or £50 for 4 tyres with a pre-paid Mastercard.
5. Prepaid Mastercard's will be processed within 28 days from receipt of claim.
6. Claims must be made on an official claim form completed online at https://car-offers.michelin.co.uk/DTapril23 and must be accompanied with an uploaded, clear and legible receipt highlighting the tyres purchased. It is recommended that you keep a copy for your records. An on-screen confirmation is provided upon successful submission of the claim.
7. Only one claim per vehicle is permitted. Entry into this Promotion cannot be in conjunction with any other offer. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late claims will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate and amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter's decision is final.

9. The prepaid Mastercards are non-transferrable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
10. The prepaid Mastercards are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative reward of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate and amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter's decision is final.
15. The promotional gifts are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
