Scorpion 2.5" Exhaust Back Box
A Scorpion Performance Back Box is an excellent first step to upgrading your exhaust system.
While replacing less of your original system than some of the other options these performance back boxes from Scorpion are simple to fit and will still give your car that distinctive Scorpion sound. Much of Scorpion's exhaust know-how has its roots in their on-going involvement in motorsport and you will be able to hear this in their exhaust note which is more "touring car" than simply "loud".
Scorpion takes their engineering and manufacturing process very seriously, using aircraft grade T304 Stainless Steel for most of their exhaust systems, this being the highest quality steel used for automotive components. This alloy has a very high chromium and nickel content and makes for a very tough finish ensuring a very long life for any Scorpion product. Scorpion offers a lifetime guarantee on their exhausts.
Although motorsport developed Scorpion exhausts are (unless otherwise noted) fully road legal in the UK and will pass MOT. Each Back Box comes from the factory fitted with one of Scorpion's range of tailpipes to suit the vehicle it is designed to fit. Le Mans Tailpipes: twin inward rolled, straight-cut round tailpipes
STW Tailpipes: twin slash cut round tailpipes, sized accordingly to application
Evo Tailpipe: single inward rolled oval tailpipe, 114mm x 87mm
Evo R Tailpipe: single inward rolled oval tailpipe, 155mm x 100mm
Imola Tailpipe: single inward rolled round tailpipe, sized accordingly for each application
Tuner Tailpipe: single slash cut tailpipe, sized accordingly to application
Le Mans Tailpipes: twin inward rolled, straight-cut round tailpipes
Boxer Tailpipe: single inward rolled, slash-cut rectangular oval tailpipe
Monaco Tailpipes: twin inward rolled slash cut oval tailpipes, sized accordingly to application
Suzuka Tailpipe: single slash cut large round tailpipe
Ring Tailpipe Design: Subaru specific, twin doubled up tailpipes
