Scorpion Half Exhaust systems typically include rear silencer and centre pipe combinations that replace the original exhaust components after the Catalytic Converter, or in newer vehicles due to tighter emissions controls, the Gasoline Particulate Filter(GPF) from a convenient mid-point back to the rear of the vehicle (Some systems may require cutting/modification of the OE system and include adaptors to create a new connection point)

Half Exhaust systems are generally designed to enable simpler exhaust modifications that increase engine performance and give a sportier tone, whilst leaving essential emissions control components in place, that can retain OE exhaust approval/certification and often means vehicle remapping is not essential to pass MOT tests.
