Zircotec Zircoflex 3 Heat Shield Material
The Zircotec Heat Shield Material features and 3 layer construction for maximum heat protection. The Heat Shield Material is a revolutionary range which is at the pinnacle of heat shield technology optimising barrier performance up to 500° C, with minimal weight and material thickness.

The material is inherently flexible which allows the product range to be manipulated to a huge range of applications quickly and easily, with up to a 180 degree fold being possible without reduction in thermal performance. The Zircotec 3 offers the highest levels of heat reduction and is still simple to bend and can be cut to shape, but is semi rigid.
The Zircoflex heat shield is lightweight at only 1.5kg m/2 and is manufactured to a thin profile, ideal for competition applications where both space and weight are vital factors in competitive advantage on the track. Feedback we receive is positive towards its performance in reducing temperatures in relation to its slim profile when comparing to traditional heat management solutions.
Zircoflex heat shield can be installed easily as it can be cut to shape and is available with an optional self adhesive 'peel and stick' backing. Alternatively it can be fixed with a Zircotec strapping kit (sold separately).
