Vogtland/Bilstein Suspension Kit With B8 Shock Absorbers

Vogtland springs paired with Bilstein shocks Suspension Kit is an all-in-one solution to sharp handling fast road suspension. Combining Bilstein B6/B8 dampers with a Vogtland sport spring kit, will lower your car by approximately 30-45mm, and give your car much sportier handling whilst still retaining good ride comfort.

Vogtland Lowering Spring Kits are carefully tuned for each specific application, ensuring excellent ride quality and comfort. As with any German suspension company you can also rely on an extremely stringent quality control process and state of the art manufacturing techniques.

Lowering the car gives enhanced body control through corners with reduced body roll. Reduced body-roll means better grip from all four tyres, for a more controlled confident feeling in corners. Firmer springs also contribute to better handling under braking and acceleration.

Bilstein's B6 and B8 range of dampers are monotubes in most cases. This gives them a smooth and controlled ride and means they are less prone to heat fade. Bilstein also develops these for real-world road conditions. Pairing an uprated damper with lowering springs means you get both a better compression response from the spring and a more composed rebound from the uprated dampers. This helps keep the ride of the car smooth and controlled. When fitting very low springs, Bilstein tends to recommend their specific short-stroke range of dampers which is what is on offer here. These use a special shortened piston rod which helps stop the suspension from bottoming out.

On vehicles where sports suspension is a factory option (e.g. Audi S-Line, BMW M-Sport, Mercedes AMG-Line) the lowering amount shown is for vehicles without. If your vehicle has optional sports suspension you will have to deduct the amount the vehicle is already lowered by. This can be up to 30mm.
